The Dance Industry PAC Drill Company is for dancers that aspire to be on a competitive dance/drill team. The drill company enables dancers to advance their dance skills and technique in a nurturing environment, while developing team skills, fostering a positive self image, and promoting a passion for dance. Company members excel in precision dance forms of jazz, pom, kick, lyrical, contemporary, modern, novelty, and hip hop.

MISSION
The mission of the drill company is to transform dancers into skilled athletic artists to prepare them for high school drill team, collegiate competition dance/drill/pom teams, and professional dance teams.

TEAM DIVISIONS
Teams are divided by age as of August 31, 2020: Tiny (5-6 y/o), Mini (7-9 y/o), Youth (10-12 y/o), Junior (13-15 y/o), and Senior (16-18 y/o). Teams dance at the level of the oldest dancer on the team; the director will make company leveling selections. Per director discretion, dancers may be allowed to dance up ONE level but may still be responsible for dances with their age appropriate team.
