Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Todd Baker discovered his passion for dance at the age of ten. Todd began his classical and modern dance training at Booker T. Washington HSPVA and he continued to develop his artistry at Dance Industry Performing Arts Center. While at The Juilliard School, Todd has performed Martha Graham’s Rite of Spring as well as new creations by Bryan Arias and Andrea Miller. He attended a variety of summer intensive, performing works by Ohad Naharin, Crystal Pite, and Hofesh Shechter. Todd was named a 2017 Presidential Scholar in the Arts, a 2016 YoungArts Finalist in Modern Dance, and a 2016 Texas Young Master in Dance. Upon graduating, Todd will move forward in his professional dance career, and he hopes to share his knowledge of movement and performance with aspiring artists.
Arleen Sugano, renowned ballet coach, dance scientist, and movement stylist is the owner/creator of SuganoSystemBallet (www.suganosystem.com) an approach to ballet that integrates science with the art form. Anatomy, kinesiology & physics are harnessed to improve technique/movement quality, prevent injury and promote longevity of the dancer. Formerly a master teacher at the Joffrey Ballet School, NYC, the school at USA IBC in Jackson, MS, and full-time faculty at the University of North Texas, Miss A - as she is known - has presented her work internationally and nationally, most notably at the International Association of Dance Medicine & Science conference’s plenary session in Birmingham, England on pirouettes. She authored TED-Ed’s video on fouettés and co-authored Physics and the Art of Dance with dance physicist, Dr. Kenneth Laws. Her latest article entitled: Using Physics to Explain “Centered Placement” and How It Can Impact Your Dance Longevity is featured in Pointe Magazine, February 2021.

Allison Schuster is a graduate from Orange County School of the Arts where she was recipient of The International House of Blues Ambassador Scholarship. Allison received her BFA from The Juilliard School where she performed works by Twyla Tharp, Martha Graham, Mark Morris, Jose Limon, Larry Keigwin, Lar Lubovitch, Nacho Duato and Ohad Naharin. After graduation, she was an original company member for Cirque Du Soleil, “Viva Elvis” where she was the dance captain, a featured dancer and aerialist, choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo, Bonnie Story, Mark Swanheart and directed by Vincent Paterson. Allison has been a guest performer on Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, Strictly Come Dancing, The Daytime Emmy Awards and more. She was the dance captain, dancer and aerialist for the "New York Spectacular" starring the Radio City Rockettes, directed and choreographed by Mia Michaels. She has performed in various productions for The Metropolitan Opera, was a principle dancer, aerialist and rehearsal director for Company XIV, was a guest performer for various companies, including Keigwin and Company and Mark Stuart Dance Theatre and has worked on many projects for Sonya Tayeh and Cherice Barton. Allison’s TV credits include Comedy Central’s Alternatino and commercials for IBM and VH1. Currently, she travels around the country teaching master classes.

MATT RIVERA has spent the better part of the past 30 years dancing and performing on stages throughout the country and around the world, and off stage as a teacher, coach, and choreographer. He began his career on the concert stage performing with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago under the direction of founding director Lou Conte, and then in New York City with the companies of Eliot Feld and Twyla Tharp, as well as The American Dance Machine for the 21st Century. On the theater stage, Rivera worked with several Broadway touring companies, including Movin’ Out, Swing! (assistant dance captain), and CATS; off-Broadway in Garden of Earthly Delights (dance captain) and Lynne Alvarez’s Romola & Nijinsky; and most recently with the Las Vegas production of MAMMA MIA! where he also acted as dance captain. His Las Vegas credits also include Cirque Du Soleil’s Viva Elvis and acting as company instructor for NBT. Rivera is currently on faculty at several schools in the Dallas area.
Born and raised in New York City, Gregory received his dance training at the Alvin Ailey School, then graduated cum laude from SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory. He debuted his own company DASH Ensemble, in December 2010 at The JOYCE SoHo. DASH Ensemble performance credits in The JOYCE Theater, Baryshnikov Arts Center, NYLA, Guggenheim Works and Process Series, as well as domestic touring all over the U.S., including Dallas, LA and across North Carolina. Gregory has also created original works for American Ballet Theater, Atlanta Ballet, American Dance Festival and Hubbard Street 2. His collegiate and training program commissions include Juilliard, Point Park, LINES Ballet, NYU and SUNY Purchase. Faculty positions include Broadway Dance Center, Gibney Dance, and Peridance Capezio Center. He has conducted multiple masterclasses around the country including Juilliard, NYC, UNCSA, UC Irvine, SUNY Purchase and Point Park. In addition, Gregory, alongside fellow choreographer Loni Landon, is the co-founder of The Playground NYY, a choreographic initiative that was voted 25 to Watch in 2013 by Dance Magazine.

Joi Ware is a native of Dallas, TX where she began her dance training. At Dance Industry Performing Arts Center under the direction of Christy Ryzman, she got to work with notable choreographers such as Benoit Swan-Pouffer, Jessica Hendricks, and Jon Bond. In high school, she attended the prestigious Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts where she performed works by Robert Battle, Lar Lubovitch, Sidra Bell, and many more. Joi is a graduate of Point Park University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management. At Point Park, she had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Garfield Lemonius, Joshua L. Peugh, Christopher Huggins, and others. Joi has attended summer dance intensives with San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Kyle Abraham’s A.I.M, and Springboard Danse Montreal. In 2019, Joi moved to Nashville to join New Dialect. She has enjoyed being part of Nashville's tight knit yet growing dance scene.
Jennifer Milner is a ballet coach and certified Pilates trainer specializing in athletes, dancers and post-injury recoveries. As a classical ballet dancer, Jennifer danced with several companies across the United States before moving to New York to do musical theatre, most notably playing Meg Giry in The Phantom of the Opera. . After a knee injury ended a successful performing career, Jennifer became certified in the Pilates method of exercise, graduating from the Kane School of Core Integration under the renowned Kelly Kane, then mentored under the dance medicine pioneer Marika Molnar and certified in dance medicine through Ms. Molnar. She worked for Westside Dance Physical Therapy (the official physical therapists for New York City Ballet and the School of American Ballet), and has trained a wide variety of clients, including Oscar winners, Olympic medalists, and dancers from New York City Ballet, the Kirov Ballet, ABT, San Francisco Ballet, Royal Ballet, and more. Jennifer has also studied with Lisa Howell and taken seminars in Alexander Technique, kinesiology, reflexology, Eric Franklin’s method, and health and nutrition. Jennifer is a co-founder of Bendy Bodies, a podcast devoted to athletic artists with hypermobility issues. She is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and presented at the world conference in Houston in 2017 and Montreal in 2019. Jennifer’s ability to move between ballet studios and cross-training venues, addressing biomechanical imbalances and technique dysfunctions in a practical strength-training way, has made her a sought-after guest speaker for dance schools and companies, and her many years of training dancers across the hypermobility spectrum have made her passionate about educating dancers and teachers on how to train hypermobility in a healthy and efficient way. Erica Messonnier currently resides in New York City. She started her dance training at Dance Industry Performing Arts Center in Plano, Tx, then went on to attend Booker T. Washington HSPVA. The high school’s showcase helped encourage Erica to attend Point Park University and finally graduate with her BFA in modern dance. Since moving to New York, Erica has worked on cruises, national tours, regional theater houses, and workshops. One of the highlights of her career was traveling the country as a Swing and Featured Dancer in the Broadway National Tour of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella. The most recent role she performed was the incredibly fun and over the top character, Lila Dixon, in Holiday Inn at Surflight Theatre. Erica is now an Equity performer, still auditioning, teaching, and choreographing in New York City. She has taught at summer intensives and master classes for studios across the country. Favorite credits include: Grease the Musical, Seussical the Musical, and Principal Female Dancer with Viking Ocean Cruise Line.
